1. What a Connector is
A Connector brings farmers to Farm Fayre through their own share link. A farmer who joins the Platform through your link is yours for 90 days from that join, and when that farmer's trade settles on the Platform you are rewarded. Connectors never connect anyone directly: they make no introductions, broker no conversations, and stand between no buyer and seller. The Platform itself does all matching, and every trade happens on the Platform. Connectors never value, negotiate, commit or represent Farm Fayre in any way.
2. The fee
A connector fee is earned per head, per transaction, when a farmer you brought completes a sale on the Platform inside your window. To 31 December 2026 the rates are €6.33 per head where the farmer you brought is the seller, €5.00 per head where the farmer you brought is the buyer, and €11.33 per head where both sides of the same trade are farmers you brought. From 1 January 2027 the rate is €3.33 per head on each side, and €6.66 per head where both sides of the same trade are farmers you brought. The rate that applies to a trade is the rate in force on the day that trade settles. There is no minimum and no cap. Every settled trade inside the window earns again. The fee follows the farmer you brought, for the window and on the terms here: it is never a standing entitlement to a share of what a user does on Farm Fayre.
Where a buyer you brought completes 100 head or more through the Platform in a calendar quarter, you earn €3.33 per head on that buyer's completed volume for that quarter, for three years from their join, each quarter assessed independently.
3. Attribution
Your share link attributes registrations and trades to you for 90 days from each join through it. Where two links could claim the same farmer, the first recorded join wins, with Farm Fayre exercising fair discretion for proven Connectors. Farm Fayre's record of who brought whom, and when, is determinative and final, and whether a transaction arose from a farmer you brought is reasonably determined by Farm Fayre, whose decision is final.
4. Getting paid
Fees accrue to your ledger, visible to you, the moment a qualifying sale settles. Payment requires two things only: acceptance of these terms, and completion of payout onboarding with the payment institution. Every connector fee is paid by Farm Fayre from its own fee on the trade, never from funds the payment institution holds for a buyer or a seller. Settlement of the underlying trade never waits for either condition: an accrued fee is paid once your onboarding completes. Fees are paid within 30 days of accrual to your nominated account, subject to the tax and VAT treatment that applies to you as an independent party.
5. Conduct and changes
No fee is payable on any trade arranged off the Platform or involving circumvention of it, and a Connector who introduces parties, negotiates, values, or stands between a buyer and a seller forfeits the fee. Farm Fayre may update these terms and the fee schedule on 14 days' notice; changes apply only to farmers who join after the notice takes effect, and any three-year recurring entitlement already running continues for its full term at its existing rate.
